The investment consists of 33 apartments. On the ground floor, there will be investment apartments up to 50 m², from which owners can deduct 23% VAT. In this case, by purchasing an apartment, the investor only incurs the net cost. The remaining 22 apartments on the first and second floors are traditional apartments. Additionally, on the top floor, there will be glazed and functional balconies and terraces, as well as mezzanines made to a high standard. This will also increase the height of the rooms – to over 5 meters.
