BY THE LAKE
Class C burglar-proof doors and panoramic, triple-glazed aluminium windows will be installed in each apartment. The apartments can also be optionally equipped with floor heating and air-conditioning. The latter will be provided as standard for apartments with terraces on the top floor. The residents will have access to the pier and a beach with a gentle descent to the water will be designed on the lake shore.
Ground floor apartments will have terraces with private gardens with the total area of 73 to 200 m2. Apartments on the upper floors will have large, glazed balconies Each building will also have two special apartments with exits to the terrace on the roof.
