Construction of two additional buildings at Warmiński Port by Lake Ukiel in Olsztyn is underway. – We have ambitious deadlines, and everything is proceeding according to plan – says Mirosław Mrozowski, the construction manager, with whom we discuss the progress.
The second stage of our flagship project by Lake Ukiel in Olsztyn consists of two three-story apartment buildings with 43 spacious and functional units ranging from 26 to 76 square meters. These will be built next to the first two buildings.
Everything is Proceeding According to Plan!
We spoke with Mirosław Mrozowski, the construction manager, about the progress. – So far, we have completed the entire excavation and all the foundations, and we are now working on the garage level – explains Mirosław Mrozowski.
He adds: – We are working through the autumn and will continue through the winter, as we aim to have the building in its shell state by early spring and then move on to other tasks: installing windows, plastering, and electrical work.
The construction manager emphasizes that everything is on schedule. – We have ambitious deadlines, and everything is proceeding according to plan. Every day, 20 workers are on site, so the team is truly significant – adds Mirosław Mrozowski.
