Only two apartments remain available in the first building at Warmiński Port.

This doesn’t mean it’s the end. Soon, we will begin the second phase of our flagship project by Lake Ukiel in Olsztyn! It will also be intimate and luxurious.

 

The company D.Dom is preparing for the second phase of the Warmiński Port project in Olsztyn. – “We have just received a building permit for the second, neighboring apartment building, and its construction will soon begin,” says Marek Maleszka, CEO of D.Dom. – “According to our schedule, the construction will be completed in the first quarter of 2024,” he adds.

 

Modernity and Warmian Tradition

 

The project will consist of two three-story apartment buildings with 43 spacious and functional units ranging from 26 to 76 square meters. They will be located next to the first phase.

Once again, the architecture catches the eye. The second phase is also a contemporary interpretation of classic Warmian architecture.

 

– “We are referencing the first two buildings to ensure the entire development is cohesive,” explains Damian Kotwicki, designer of Warmiński Port. As he adds, the facade will also feature brick and graphite stripes.

Intimate and Luxurious

 

Modernity is ensured by simple forms, large windows, and spacious balconies, terraces, and gardens that… – “…will be even larger than in the first phase,” explains Damian Kotwicki. – “We’ve once again used materials characteristic of Warmian architecture, while the style itself is a contemporary interpretation of luxurious townhouses,” emphasizes the designer.

 

The new apartments will match the standards of those built in the first phase of the project. Each unit will feature anti-burglary Class C doors and panoramic, triple-glazed aluminum windows. Additionally, each apartment can be optionally equipped with underfloor heating and air conditioning. Future residents will also benefit from extra storage space in the form of storage rooms.

 

The entire development will blend beautifully into the Warmian landscape, surrounded by trees and the bay by Ukiel Lake. Residents will also enjoy access to their own pier and a landscaped beach with a gentle slope to the water’s edge.
