Construction Progressing as Planned

Warmiński Port is a premium-class development, and the next two buildings of this exclusive complex will be built in the first row along Lake Ukiel, offering stunning views, access to clean waters, and year-round attractions. – The construction is progressing as planned, and we are even ahead of schedule. About 40 workers are on-site daily, working in two shifts – says Mirosław Mrozowski, Construction Manager.

– The garage with ground-level apartments has already been completed, and this week we will begin reinforcing the ceiling above the ground floor. Simultaneously, work is continuing on the second phase. Several new solutions have been implemented in the third phase, presenting us with a considerable challenge, but we are confident in successfully overcoming them – assures Mirosław Mrozowski.

One of the undeniable highlights of this development is the spacious and functional apartments, ranging from 37 to 149 square meters. Additionally, we have prioritized residents’ comfort by including silent elevators, an underground garage, and eco-friendly features such as photovoltaic panels and electric car chargers. All of this aims to create not just a luxurious but also an environmentally friendly place to live.

Pool and Sauna Heated by Heat Pumps

An intriguing feature of the third phase of Warmiński Port is the larger apartment building, which will feature a pool and sauna on level -1. It’s worth noting that the pool water will be heated using heat pumps powered by groundwater. This innovative solution ensures residents enjoy relaxation and entertainment at the highest level.

The larger apartment building will have four levels (level -1, ground floor, and two upper floors) and will boast spacious terraces and gardens. The building will also stand out with its extraordinary facade – all external walls will be equipped with window displays, making the entire apartment building glass-clad, with lake views becoming an integral part of daily life for residents.

– The apartments will also offer top-notch standards, providing residents with a sense of security through Class C anti-burglary doors. Storage units will be available, and each apartment can optionally be equipped with underfloor heating and air conditioning. We have paid attention to every detail to ensure exceptional comfort for future residents – explains Radosław Borek, Sales and Marketing Director at D.Dom.
