The third phase of the Warmiński Port development on Lake Ukiel in Olsztyn began this summer, with construction progressing on schedule. This luxurious project, situated in the first row along the shores of Olsztyn’s most beautiful lake, includes a larger apartment building featuring a pool and sauna, along with eco-friendly solutions.
Olsztyn, beautifully located in the Warmia region, is renowned for the undeniable charm of Lake Ukiel. It is along this exceptional water body, in the heart of the city, that D.Dom is developing Warmiński Port. Following the success of the first two phases, the third phase of this prestigious project began this summer, already making an impression not only on the local real estate market but also nationwide.
Construction Progressing as Planned
Warmiński Port is a premium-class development, and the next two buildings of this exclusive complex will be built in the first row along Lake Ukiel, offering stunning views, access to clean waters, and year-round attractions. The third phase of our flagship project in Olsztyn includes two buildings: a smaller one with six apartments and a slightly larger one featuring 27 units. Currently, construction is underway on the larger apartment building.
– The construction is progressing as planned, and we are even ahead of schedule. About 40 workers are on-site daily, working in two shifts – says Mirosław Mrozowski, Construction Manager.
– The garage with ground-level apartments has already been completed, and this week we will begin reinforcing the ceiling above the ground floor. Simultaneously, work is continuing on the second phase. Several new solutions have been implemented in the third phase, presenting us with a considerable challenge, but we are confident in successfully overcoming them – assures Mirosław Mrozowski.
One of the undeniable highlights of this development is the spacious and functional apartments, ranging from 37 to 149 square meters. Additionally, we have prioritized residents’ comfort by including silent elevators, an underground garage, and eco-friendly features such as photovoltaic panels and electric car chargers. All of this aims to create not just a luxurious but also an environmentally friendly place to live.
