New Development! Grzegorzewska - Deweloper Olsztyn DDOM, Nowe mieszkania Olsztyn i Apartamenty na sprzedaż w Olsztynie Barczewie, Mieszkania Centrum Olsztyn

Naturally in the Downtown

This is a combination of thoughtful design, high-quality finishing materials, and meticulous craftsmanship. It’s the perfect place for those seeking a balance between the daily life of the city center and relaxation or personal time. Soon, our new development in Olsztyn – Grzegorzewska – will be available in our offer.

The apartment building will be located right on the bank of the Łyna River, next to the Mariański Bridge, and in close proximity to the Łynostrada walking and cycling path. It has been designed with every detail of comfort in mind, complemented by a well-planned surrounding area.

The Charm of Downtown at Your Fingertips

The style of Grzegorzewska sets the tone for the surrounding area and meets the needs of those seeking comfortable and peaceful living in the city center – without battling traffic to reach the heart of the city.

The development consists of 37 apartments. The ground floor will feature investment apartments up to 43 sqm, for which owners can deduct 23% VAT, meaning the investor only bears the net cost of the apartment. The remaining 22 apartments on the first and second floors will be classic residential units.

The building will include an underground garage with 21 parking spaces. Additional parking spaces will be available outside. We have also implemented eco-friendly solutions, including electric car chargers. A kayak station will also be built nearby.

The Design Draws from Local Tradition

Importantly, our project – like our other developments in the capital of Warmia – draws from the local traditions of the region. Architect Tomasz Lella also ensured that the building blends seamlessly into its surroundings. This effect was achieved by using appropriate materials.

– The façade will be made of red brick or handmade tiles, and the roof will also be red. The dormers, clad in black metal, will connect tradition with modernity – explains Tomasz Lella.

Red brick reflects the region’s architecture and references landmarks such as the Municipal Hospital on the opposite side of the river and the Raphaelsohn Sawmill in the nearby Central Park, revitalized a few years ago and now housing the Center for Technology and Regional Development – Museum of Modernity.
