DDom Company Awarded the Personalities and Successes 2023 Prize!

Another trophy has found its place on our company shelf. DDom has been awarded the “Personalities and Successes 2023” prize in the Success of the Year category. Our company was recognized for two flagship investments in Olsztyn – Warmiński Port and the Grzegorzewska apartment building. The gala, where the prestigious awards were presented, took place on Monday, April 24, at the Renaissance Hotel in Warsaw.

The “Personalities and Successes of the Year” gala has been an important and prestigious event in the world of Polish business, culture, sports, and science for fourteen years. – This gala differs from other events in that we award outstanding individuals from very diverse backgrounds. Everyone is a personality in their field, and this diversity gives us an unparalleled vibrancy – said Mariusz Pujszo, the gala’s creator and organizer.

He added that such events “bring together people who can meet, talk, make friends, or do business together.” – We strive to be apolitical, leaving prejudice outside; we all meet with an open heart and an open mind – he told the participants.

DDom Company Receives the Success of the Year 2023 Award

This year’s laureate of this extremely prestigious award was DDom – we received the statuette in the Success of the Year 2023 category. Our company joined the ranks of distinguished and awarded figures, such as former President of Poland Lech Wałęsa, multiple Olympic walking champion Robert Korzeniowski, and international football referee Szymon Marciniak.

DDom was recognized for two flagship investments in Olsztyn – Warmiński Port by Lake Ukiel and the Grzegorzewska apartment building in the city center.

Warmiński Port and Grzegorzewska – Luxury in Harmony with Nature

Warmiński Port by the most beautiful lake in Olsztyn and one of the most stunning in the region is the ideal location for those who value peace and closeness to nature. Here, future residents will not only enjoy breathtaking views of Lake Ukiel but also benefit from access to the city beach. However, this charming location offers much more. Nearby, you will find renowned restaurants and numerous facilities and places for active leisure.

The second stage of our investment consists of two three-story apartment buildings with 43 spacious and functional units ranging from 26 to 76 square meters. These are being built next to the first two buildings. The apartments also stand out with a contemporary interpretation of traditional Warmian architecture.

At Grzegorzewska Street, near Central Park, the Old Town, and along the banks of the Łyna River, construction of the Grzegorzewska apartment building is also underway. The project draws inspiration from regional traditions and features a high standard of apartment finishes. The development includes 33 apartments. On the ground floor, there will be investment units up to 50 sqm, while the remaining 22 apartments on the first and second floors will be classic units ranging from 33 to 77 sqm.

The building will also include an underground garage and publicly accessible parking spaces outside. Additionally, electric car chargers will be installed. As of now, nearly half of the Grzegorzewska apartments have already been sold, which is excellent news and a testament to the quality of our offering.
