On the weekend of March 2-3, the Urania Hall in Olsztyn became the venue for the Warmia-Mazury Real Estate & Home Construction Fair. The two-day fair featured a 3-in-1 formula: ExpoBUD Construction Fair, Warmia-Mazury Real Estate & Home Construction Fair, and Olsztyn Home Design. Those who visited Urania Hall last weekend had the opportunity to participate in numerous expert meetings, and the accompanying workshops delved into specific aspects of real estate.

During the workshops, topics such as the Housing Start Program, trends in interior design, and the construction of zero-energy homes were discussed. Participants also learned what to look out for when buying an apartment and how to avoid falling into the trap of seemingly good deals.

Attendance Exceeded Our Expectations

Nearly 100 exhibitors from Olsztyn and its surroundings took part in the event. Both primary and secondary market investments were presented. One of the companies showcasing its offer at the fair was D.Dom. The turnout at our booth exceeded our expectations, and the reactions from new and prospective clients were extremely positive!
