It will surely be luxurious and intimate, and new residents will greet each day with a view of the most beautiful lake in Olsztyn. This time, however, we are introducing a few new features, including… a swimming pool and a sauna. Apartment sizes range from 37 to 149 square meters. We are beginning work on the third stage of Warmiński Port by Lake Ukiel!

Warmiński Port is proof that the capital of Warmia and Masuria needs this type of investment. Suffice it to say that all apartments in the first stage have already been sold, and over half of the apartments in the second stage have also been purchased. Currently, our diligent construction teams are preparing to begin work on the third stage of our flagship project by Lake Ukiel in Olsztyn.

Third stage of Warmiński Port: apartments from 37 to 149 square meters

The complex will consist of two buildings: a smaller one with six units and a slightly larger one with 27 apartments. Importantly, the apartment buildings will be located in the first line of Lake Ukiel’s shore. The spacious and functional apartments will range from 37 to as much as 149 square meters.

– In addition to a quiet elevator, a garage hall, and eco-friendly solutions such as photovoltaic panels and electric car chargers, the larger apartment building will also feature a swimming pool and a sauna on level -1. To heat the pool water, we will use heat pumps powered by groundwater – explains Radosław Borek, sales and marketing director at D.Dom, the company behind the Olsztyn project.

The larger apartment building will have four stories (level -1, ground floor, and two upper floors) and will also include spacious terraces and gardens. Unlike the previous buildings, it will also differ in its façade. – All external walls will be window showcases, meaning the apartment building will be fully glazed – specifies Radosław Borek.
