Grzegorzewska Apartments. Naturally by Central Park.

With the arrival of spring, construction work on the Grzegorzewska Apartment Building in Olsztyn has gained even more momentum. Of course, we didn’t idle during autumn and winter either, but what brings us the most joy is that all the work is proceeding according to schedule – says Jakub Rodziewicz, construction manager. The investment near the Old Town and Central Park is “emerging from the ground” and is generating even greater interest among potential buyers. D.Dom’s offer includes traditional apartments and investment apartments.

By 2024, it will be possible to live in an apartment building like no other in Olsztyn. Right in the heart of the city, by the Łyna River, surrounded by greenery, just steps away from the Old Town, and with a kayak station nearby. The Grzegorzewska Apartment Building, alongside Warmiński Port by Lake Ukiel, is one of D.Dom’s flagship investments in the capital of Warmia and Masuria.

Work is “emerging from the ground”

The location of the apartment building is not its only advantage. Its design draws inspiration from the architectural traditions of the region – red brick combined with modern design makes it the perfect place for those seeking a balance between everyday city life and relaxation and personal time.

Work is “emerging from the ground” – this is how the current state of the Grzegorzewska Apartment Building construction site in Olsztyn can be described. Day after day, regardless of the weather, dozens of workers are on-site.

– We are currently at the stage of working on the underground garage. All walls are complete, we have also installed all networks and completed work on the sewage and sanitation systems – explains Jakub Rodziewicz, construction manager.

Work on the ceiling above the garage hall will soon begin as well. – We are sticking to the planned schedule and did not experience any delays during autumn and winter. In fact, only now will it be possible to see what we have been working on, as we begin to move construction activities above ground – adds the construction manager.

The apartment building is visibly taking shape, which is increasing interest in the investment even further.

– Besides the main question, which is about the price, many inquiries also concern the building itself and individual apartments – says Wioletta Symołon-Przygodzka, sales advisor at D.Dom, the company behind the project.

She elaborates: – The functional mezzanines planned for the top floor are generating a lot of interest, as they will also increase the ceiling height to over 5 meters. Customers are also drawn to the building’s façade, which sets this project apart from others, its intimate style, location – direct proximity to the Łyna River and the surrounding park greenery – as well as the high standard of shared spaces.

Relaxation in the Rhythm of the City

The development includes 33 apartments. On the ground floor, there will be investment apartments up to 50 sqm, for which owners can deduct 23% VAT. In this case, when purchasing an apartment, the investor only bears the net cost. The remaining 22 apartments on the first and second floors are classic units ranging from 33 to 77 sqm. The building will also feature an underground garage and publicly accessible parking spaces outside. Additionally, electric car chargers will be installed.

The Grzegorzewska apartment building is being constructed right on the banks of the Łyna River, next to the Mariański Bridge and in close proximity to the Łynostrada walking and cycling path. Just a few hundred meters from the investment is the Old Town, with its atmospheric cafes and restaurants. Nearby, the nearly 13-hectare Central Park provides ample space for recreation and relaxation.

Currently, more than one-third of the apartments are already sold or reserved. – Hardly a day goes by without us receiving inquiries from customers. This makes us very happy, as it proves that this type of investment has been missing in the capital of Warmia and Masuria – says Wioletta Symołon-Przygodzka.
