Grzegorzewska Apartments. Naturally by Central Park.
With the arrival of spring, construction work on the Grzegorzewska Apartment Building in Olsztyn has gained even more momentum. Of course, we didn’t idle during autumn and winter either, but what brings us the most joy is that all the work is proceeding according to schedule – says Jakub Rodziewicz, construction manager. The investment near the Old Town and Central Park is “emerging from the ground” and is generating even greater interest among potential buyers. D.Dom’s offer includes traditional apartments and investment apartments.
By 2024, it will be possible to live in an apartment building like no other in Olsztyn. Right in the heart of the city, by the Łyna River, surrounded by greenery, just steps away from the Old Town, and with a kayak station nearby. The Grzegorzewska Apartment Building, alongside Warmiński Port by Lake Ukiel, is one of D.Dom’s flagship investments in the capital of Warmia and Masuria.
Work is “emerging from the ground”
The location of the apartment building is not its only advantage. Its design draws inspiration from the architectural traditions of the region – red brick combined with modern design makes it the perfect place for those seeking a balance between everyday city life and relaxation and personal time.
Work is “emerging from the ground” – this is how the current state of the Grzegorzewska Apartment Building construction site in Olsztyn can be described. Day after day, regardless of the weather, dozens of workers are on-site.
– We are currently at the stage of working on the underground garage. All walls are complete, we have also installed all networks and completed work on the sewage and sanitation systems – explains Jakub Rodziewicz, construction manager.
Work on the ceiling above the garage hall will soon begin as well. – We are sticking to the planned schedule and did not experience any delays during autumn and winter. In fact, only now will it be possible to see what we have been working on, as we begin to move construction activities above ground – adds the construction manager.
